Extension to a Grade A ground and lower ground property in the Edinburgh New Town. Successfully negiotated Planning and Listed Building to create a solution which retained the existing outbuilding, created a bright, new, contemporary dining area whilst enhancing the interaction between old and new.
Detailing included corner glazing to blur the lines between inside and out as well as creating a bench window seat to enjoy the garden.
